Ready to Make An Impact? Apply for Our Internship Program

Impact Theory is excited to announce our new spring internships!

Work side by side with one of America’s most successful entrepreneurs and the very talented and driven Impact Theory team out of our Los Angeles headquarters.

If you want to fast-track your career as a linchpin employee or as an entrepreneur, find the person who is living your ideal life and make them the following offer – “I’ll work harder and smarter than anyone else and all I ask for in return is knowledge and connections.”

Why knowledge and connections? Because once you use money, it’s gone forever. Knowledge and connections, however, are forever. So at the beginning of your career, when you can get precious little money for your nascent skills, trading your time for knowledge and connections is a FAR higher return on your investment.

If you understand that, and what we’re doing at Impact Theory is what you want to learn about, our internship program is for you. We are a company with only seven people, and our founder is one of the co-founders of billion dollar brand Quest Nutrition. He has 15 years experience as an entrepreneur, was recently selected as entrepreneur of the year, and his previous company was named as the 2nd fastest growing company by Inc. Magazine. Now is your chance to work directly with him and the rest of his talented and highly experienced team.

We have internship opportunities in three different tracts. Note: all internships are unpaid for college credit.

1. Marketing
2. Production
3. General

To apply for any of the above, send us your resume and a brief note about why you want to intern to intern@impacttheory.com

Marketing
Work with the team that built the Inside Quest and Impact Theory platforms into the viral juggernauts that they are. Learn the tools and tactics that the team used to get over 165,000,000 views with virtually no paid campaigns. You’ll also have a chance to continue to build a community that matters. We don’t sell our content — our mission is to free as many people from The Matrix as humanly possible. This is your chance to help.

Production
We post content 7 days a week. Our main show, Impact Theory, is one of the highest production value video podcasts out today. We’ve had some of the most famous and brightest minds on the planet as guests. From Michael Strahan, Wyclef Jean, and Shaun White to Tim Ferriss, Jason Silva, and Terrell Owens, you’ll not only get to meet and learn from these luminaries, but you’ll get to learn every aspect of what it takes to produce a show of this caliber.

General
At the end of the day, we’re a business, not just a social content company. Our master plan requires a great deal of infrastructure to run the company. For all of you who are hellbent to be an entrepreneur, this is where you’ll learn all aspects of the behind the scenes game. Your tuition, however, is to fill all of our logistical gaps – book travel, make runs, general coordination, etc. It may not be sexy, but you’ll learn an obscene amount about what it takes to actually build a business.

If any of the above sounds interesting, and you have a HIGH degree of hunger and grit, then apply (email us at intern@impacttheory.com). Please note, however, this is not for the faint of heart. We want people who are as DRIVEN as we are. It takes an extraordinary performance to be truly successful. As such, we’re looking for extraordinary people who are prepared to work hard and learn. If that’s you, apply. If not, we wish you the best, but this isn’t for you.
